Members if you want to learn new jutsu you must do so by Rping. You dont neccessarily have to rp about learning the jutsu but any rp with another member(s) on this site will do.We want you to interact with everyone and make the process a fun thing to do. Also when you are ready to learn your jutsu you will need to post an Report card in this thread containing the topics you rped in and a mod or admin will grade you on your performance. We will then reply a post here when you have successfully learned a new jutsu, we will pm you if otherwise. This is also used a means to rank up in your bloodline techniques as well.
E-D rank Jutsu you need to submit 2 rp's you have participated in.
C-B rank Jutsu you need to submit 3 rp's you have participated in.
A-S rank Jutsu you need to submit 4 rp's you have participated in.
