One of the anbu said in retort with minor muffling from behind his mask."C'mon C'mon just two more mineuts." Hasuto replied as the anbu shook their heads in embarrassment, their kage was surely one of a kind.One of the anbu had snapped their fingers and the remaining two black opps went over and snatched the silk sheets off the bed."Alright Alright, stop rushing me. You know it takes time for me to get ready for the day" Hasuto said as he stretched his body, each of his limbs extending as far as they could."Who are you tellin.." The anbu uttered under their breaths."Say something Anbu-sans!" Hasuto said as he sat up from his laid position and placed his hand up to his ear as if to suggest he was hard of hearing, which really wasnt the case."N-n nothing sir, just be ready in 10minuets the carriage just arrived outside." The anbu said nervously, as he realized their kage had heard their mumbling.

"Fine, Fine" Hasuto replied as he shuued them out with his hand gestures. It took Hasuto over an hour just to put on his kage robe and matching hat and walk out of the confines of his estate."Sanakage-sama, we said to be ready 50 minuets ago." The anbu intoned in a frustrated manner as he bit his lip."Oh don't give me that Anbu-san. Ya'know how difficult it is to apply that aloe vera to the burn mark on my face." Hasuto replied confidently as he strutted awkwardly down the steps and into the carriage suggesting his explanation for coming out so late was as valid as the day sky. After the anbu sighed in frustration they escorted the horse led carriage from the gates of sun all the way to the location commonly referred to as ground zero, as it has been a host to many battles and many wars in the history of shinobi life. This spot was a perfect neutral location for the kages of both moon and sun to meet for the first time."It sure is lifeless out here Anbu-sans. You should take ur funny masks and spruce up the place with some type of magic" Hasuto said as he stuck his head outside the carriage, his right hand tilting up his kages hat."Sir we are not..." Cut was ruuning late as usaul he couldn't show up on time for anything.During his days as an admcemy stundent he was often late to calls.Zanku Sensei used to ask him why he was late and Cut will replied remakrs like I got lost,The lunch line was long.I was stuck in traffic be hide a fat kid.Cut's sensei will punish Cut by makeing him clean the classroom board.Which even Cut was late to that.When his sensei will leave the room Cut will sneak out and ditch class and show up at sun down.But this Cut was detored after his inccdent at the hot springs.Cut had transfomred himself into a girl and snuck into the female hot springs. Cut plan was working untill he grab the butt of a young lady who saw through his jutsus.He was beat like a dog.Then was booted out the springs.Cut walked hopeing his head and a ice pack on the side of his cheeck.He signed as he saw a carriage.This carriage belong to the Sanakage no telling how long he been waiting.Cut walked over to the carriage. "Good evening Sanakage" He said holding the ice pack on his cheeck

As the Tsukikage approached the Anbu took their positions and in an aggressive manner, made formation around him and the Sanakage's carriage." Not so fast, you will see the Sanakage once we make sure the area is secure" The anbu stated as he gave the signal and his subordinates took off in the other directions looking for any sign of an ambush."Ja Ja! Anbu-sans, its quite alright I believe I can handle myself." Hastuo interrupted as he stuck his head out of the carriage, his kage hat only visible while the hats white protective cloth obscured most of his face, allowing for Cut to only see his eyes."Call off the search Anbu-sans it seems he's come alone" Hasuto said as he signaled the Anbu with hand gesture and they returned almost instantly." I do say Tsukikage, your hurt, I have an injury on my face as well though that's beside the point." Hasuto said to Cut as he got out of his carriage and walked over to him holding his kage robe up so it would not be tainted by dirt."My name is Hasuto, otherwise known as the Sanakage, enchanted to meet you....?" Hasuto purposely left his sentence unfinished as he waited for his unofficial rival to introduce himself.

His eyes also turn from blue to red. His teeth and fingernails also grow longer and sharper.the red chakra surrounding Cut start to boil and bubble and take on the shape of a fox with long ears and a tail."Ja Ja! Anbu-sans, its quite alright I believe I can handle myself." Hasuto said to Cut."Cut Uzumaki my name and It nice to meet you" Cut smiled showing all his teeth and fangs as he put the hand that wasn't holding the ice pack out to sake the Sanakage's hand.Cut Red chakra soon faded away as his eyes turned blue again and his whiskers turned smaller.

Hasuto cringed as he released his right hand from his kage robe and let the end of it fall to the dirty surface below." A..A pleasure to meet you Cut" Hasuto stated in a rather disturbed tone as he quickly ended the handshake and went back to keeping up his kage robe with his hands. The sun Anbu in the background knew exactly why the Sanakage was cringing, he was a well known germaphobe. His Anbu got a kick out of watching their irritating leader tense up in the situation. At any rate Hasuto's brow raised a bit as he noticed the red bubble like chakra that permeated from Tsukikage."My word. What are these red chakra bubbles?" Hasuto said as he looked on in childish glee.

"These Red bubbles are my Chakra, My clan is based on the Kyuubi and his first JinchuurikiNaruto Uzumaki" Cut said.His finger nails and teeth soon returned to normal."WE have one of the most uniqe bloodline we are born with minture Kyuubi's that power grow as we do".Cut then asked the question "Son Sanakage ..Where do our village stand with each other" Cut didn't want any current wars going on right now.The pervoius Tsukikage made peace with the Sanakage.But the odd Tsukikage was dead now and Cut was in charged.Cut wasn't good at makeing decions when it came to war when He was angered he become hot head and make decion he will later regrat.But He wanted peace with the other village.

"U-z-u-m-a-ki..hmmm. The name strikes a keen memory but I do not remember why. Although that bijuu chakra as you call it is very interesting." Hasuto said as his voice suddenly became solid without the presence of the prissy immaturity he had before. If one were to pay close attention they would notice that Hasuto's eyes went from a light blue to a soft red, his three-yin sharingan had been activated. "His chakra signature is very unusual. With my vision speed increased by my sharingan I should be able to see a bijuu inside of him perhaps in a sort of unconscious reality." After a few more moments silent in concentration the Sanakage reverted his sharingan and it seemed his wacky personality surfaced again."Our villages now my boy? Well its unofficial but we are suppose to be sworn enemies down to the last tip top breath in our mortal little bodies." Hasuto replied informatively as he shook his head from left to right." However the reason we are both here talking is to try and change all that. I am here to help mend our relations with Tsukigakure, though as kages we have to take into account our peoples hatred for each other that has been passed down for generations. Such silly grudges if you ask me, but thats the way it is. I feel as though we should start small and sign a trading embargo, just to get our feet wet. This way our villagers can be slightly exposed to the presence of moon village natives and vice versa. It will be a stretch but I believe it will be worth a shot. If you agree than for the time being we will send non-shinobi villagers as we do not want to alarm anyone any of our military and accidentally slip into war. For now, if you agree, we should gradually enlighten our villages on our delicate situation. What do you say jinchuuriki-sans?"
