Description:At the exact moment a blow is landed on the body, large amounts of Chakra are expelled from the Chakra pores around the body. This released Chakra causes the body to spin rapidly creating a strong wind that can repel almost any attack and throw opponents dozens of feet away.

History/RP Sample:History/Background Story: Gyokusho was born in the Sunagakure village, where the scorching desert was hot during the day and cold in the night. His mother and father knowing that one day he would graduate from the ninja acdemy. When Gyokusho was two, he began to walk, which delighted his parents.
When Gyokusho was four, he obtained the knowledge that he was from the hyuuga clan, whic made him feel honored to be within such a famous clan. Sometimes Gyokusho pretended to be a ninja outside on the streets with his friends, until real ninja came, then they would stop.
At the age of five, Gyokoshu entered kindergarden, where he was the hearthrob of the school, and basically everbody was his friend. This made Gyokusho a little spoiled, but not rotten.
On night, assasins from the uchiah came to his house, and lsaughtered his parents, and for nine days Gyokusho grieved their deaths, and swore an oath of vengeance against the assasins. So, at the age of twelve, he entered the ninja acdemy.
Gyokusho was the smartest kid in the year, excelling in techiniues and taijutsu, but not just ferocious fist, but gentel fist as well. And on his first try he at last graduated after a long year of work.Three years later, he applied the chuunin exams, and suceeded

you would think that they would at least have some sense of precaution. but i guess thats just their ignorance., he skidded to halt after travelling about a mile through the town. panting loudly. his chuunin uniform was dark, and was attracting too much heat. so he took off his jacket and secured it around his waist. and continued to run. large booming like thunder was coming through the distance, from jutsu. but it was rather large like a kekkei genkai. this worried Gyo. But not much. he could see everyone in their buildings a little, but couldnt tell if they were friendly or not, but he knew they were all friendly. he at last made it to the outpost on the village and looked through the buinoculars, a man in a black with a red cloud pattern robe was appearing on the horizon, followed by his men attacking jounin, this didn't look good, there was no one lef to fight him but Gyo.
